With over two decades of teaching and leadership experience across both primary and secondary settings, I have first hand experience helping young people navigate school and personal challenges. If your child or teenager is struggling with school-related anxiety or personal issues, my extensive experience working with young people equips me with the practical knowledge and expertise to help them succeed and feel empowered, confident, and ready to thrive again.

I’m a fully qualified clinical psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, life coach and EFT practitioner with over 25 years of experience supporting adults, teenagers, and children. I offer a holistic approach to personal transformation, blending clinical hypnotherapy with solution-focused psychotherapy, Gestalt techniques, life coaching, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), imagination and play. This powerful combination is designed to deliver both immediate and long-term benefits, tailored to every individual’s unique needs.
